turbo-what car is it from?

i bought this turbo from someone and they said its from a r33 skyline....i just wanna make sure it is, so i posted up a picture.....by the way can you guys let me know what year, model, motor it came out of? thanks everyone!

thanks everyone for identifying my turbo!....but still kinda lost if this is a ceramic ball bearing turbo and it came off a rb20det right? oh and one more thing....is this a good turbo to start a ka-t project?
