Hey I got a small leak from the hardline that runs behind the head and needed to know what I could do to fix it? I need an easy fix inexpensive fix as I'm going to be running a 60 trim in the future and it is only oil cooled. Could I just cut the hardline at the break and use a piece of high pressure hose (like fuel injector grade line) or what? It's ok right now as it's still cold so it doesn't leak much but i live in vegas and as soon as it gets hot (110) I know the pressure is gonna rise and that hole will prob get bigger and just spew coolant everywhere. So I'm trying to fix this before summer.....Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I dont see why you couldn't cut the line at the break and run a length of hose to where it needs to be. I think I used fuel injector hose on mine when my hose ripped..you could also just put a piece of hose to put over the break instead of cutting it.

Yea, if you cut a piece of hose long ways, put some RTV on the inside of it, clean the pipe well, and clamp the hose right over the hole, and let it set 24hrs before running the car, it should fix it for a while.

Ok thanks guys I'll prob just go with my original plan of cutting it at the break and putting a piece of hose there....
