Turbo wabble?

Can anyone help me?. first off i have a 93 coupe with a red top sr20det w/61,000 miles on it., at 4500 rpm i get a whine kinda wobble noise coming of my left side of engine*exhaust, heat sheild and maybe turbo* wicth results in my air intake to vibrate and go with the noise. I really wanna be able to drive it with-out worrying aobut breaking something.... any one know have a similiar problem before, or know what might be going on? theres alot of wet streets calling my name..
