Im looking for a really cheap upgrade from stock t25. Looking to run about 20-22psi.

1. Is this a good enough kit? If not list the reason(s).http://www.cxracing.com/mm5/me...=TOKT

2. On top of a headgasket what else would I need? Ive already got a FMIC/BOV.

1. I dunno, every company has to start somewhere. I'd buy their radiators, but I'd want to know who made that turbo and hope the manifold doesn't crack in a few weeks.

2. Aside, from HG and BOV/IC? You still need a healthy motor, larger fuel injectors, fuel pump, ROM-tune/standalone/cheater piggy-back, boost controller, better engine cooling, heat shielding for the BMC, a few other little things....I think I'm missing something else

Motors got about 40k miles, stock injectors, walbro pump, koyo radiator, rocker arm stoppers, and ACT street clutch.

i have the Cx kit... the turbo is fine for me so far. dyno'd at 335 at 14psi on a stock SR with SAFC and 460cc injectors.

im upgrading to 550cc and tuning on Race gas to see what she can do at 18-20 psi.

the exhaust mani sucks tho. buy a cast one if u can!

Did someone tell you that the motor has about 40k miles? Or did you have it rebuilt and have put 40k on it?If some one told you that, get a leak down test and a compression test. If your numbers there are fine then go for the kit. However if the numbers are bad then your motor wont last very long at all with that kit.

get a rom tune and a Z32 maf or cobra maf. + all the parts you mentioned above.

I would get a GT2871R if it was me. Spool quicker, higher quality with oem mani, less heat soak, just as much or more power and less cheap parts to break.

I dunno about the injectors, but Mazworx sells a headstud kit made with ARP material for about the same $ as the ARP headstuds. Difference is, theirs will actually fully engage into the block. The ARP ones that everyone sells are not designed specifically for the DET and they don't seat all the way. Get the MAzworx ones.
