turbo upgrade possibility

this question has most likely been answered a long time ago, but wth ill still ask. does anyone know if the CXracing turbo ugrade for the ka24de on an s14 is worth the $1400? it comes with everything except the injectors and other small parts that are not directly connected to the turbo. i want around 300 to 350whp. no i dont want have the money for a swap...yes ik lsx is amazing...no i dont want an rb26. if i had the money for those i wouldnt be asking this. also no im not going to put an sr20det in the car...why do less displacement?

The CXRacing kit is a cheap chinese/taiwanese type kit. It's not going to be super reliable in the long run. I've seen many of these "kits" going out and causing further damage to the engines they are bolted on. I would stick with a notable brand when it comes to the turbos, wastegates, and blow off valves. You can cheap out on exhaust and intake parts if you need to, but the prior mentioned parts along with injectors, fuel pump, and the tune, are critical to not skimp out on.
