Turbo upgrade and supporting component questions/recommendations

I was looking at doing a turbo upgrade for my SR20det, trying to get the expensive stuff out of the way now. So here is my plan (it will already have air intake, and FMIC when I get it back, as well as turbo-back 3" exhaust):

GT2871R Turbo Q: Is this a direct swap for a T25 stock turbo or do I need additional adapters/brackets to make it work?

Duetschworks 555c injectors Q: I know I won't need the 650c injectors. Will these be enough for 250-350whp?

Blow Off Valve -- (Not sure brand/model yet, suggestions for my setup) Q: Do I need a new pipe or bracket for this? I've seen different posts that say I need different parts, but nothing clear.

Greddy E-manage Q: Will this be over kill or will the SAFC II be good enough?

Turbo Timer (which ever looks decent and has the most reviews)

Boot Controller (same as above)

Wastegate (?)

Would all this be overkill on stock internals? I've seen people recommend a metal HG and new rocker springs, is this highly recommended? Any input would be great.
