Hi i was wondering if anyone could sugest something that mite be cosing the problem i have a ka24det. i put a a complet sr20det t25 turbo kit into my 92 240sx and when i start the car it worked for the first few test runs no leeks or anythign eals then i noticed a little blue smoke under bost so i pulled off the air intake to chack for oil and there was some so i redust the oil line down to a 1an fitting insted of the 3an and rebuild the turbo i agen rain the car and it worked great the first few mins then under bost there was blue smoke agen i wiped down the complet air intake and cleaned it all up so there was no or very little resadu form the first time and and agen there was oil leeking from the turbo into the intake and i was wondering if anyone could tell me y it is doing this thanks

From what you said it sounds like your tubo seals are going out on you .

i have to agree with rotorimp i think its scrowed i pulled it all apart and it looks like it did befor and only have 10 mins of life in the new seals >< have any sugestions on a new turbo was thinking of uping it one size but not sure if i wont to go with the same turbo thanks

Do you have a restrictor on your oil feed line?
