has any one ever tried to turbocharge a 2009 titan with a the 5.6 vk in it. what size turbo would it take i think a t-60 would way too small, is there any off the shelf turbo big enough for for it. and what about the tuning stand alone. i heard jwt is working on a plug in tunner( might be b.s.) but still it would be one hell of a ride

twin turbo... why would you only go single?

trying to go the sleeper route . twins was my first idea but i ran in to problems with the steering componets/ brake system having room ,two t-57 will fit but it would cook the brake booster and every thing on that side

re** the nice exhast crossover at the back.

Well the Titan certainly has the potential. The 5sp auto Allison transmission rocks.

hellz yea it rocks one the fastest trucks ive ever driven -stock! idid some research and banks is making a turbo kit for the 5.6 crewcab complete kit no word on price yet. though probly more than new versa....lol its an egay kit/ way to small for a 5.6

how would this system flow it looks like a lot of lag

Actually, remote mount turbos don't suffer from as much lag as one intuitively thinks. They can mount as far away from the engine as the mufflers. I once saw a vid of a silverado with this setup doing 4wd launches at the strip. It had some torque steer.

Man, a CAI is one thing, but putting the filter under the truck like that? Hope you only drive on dry days.

that's the way a lot of big trucks are for whatever reason... one that comes to mind is a turbo conversion i saw on a lightning... looks exactly like the pic posted

not my truck but im really thinking about doing it, im going for a under the hood setup. remote mounts kinda seam half azzed to me, it would sovle a lot of problems with room and such just looks to easy to steal or scrape on something.. where would you put the intercooler in a (RMT)
