Where does a turbo timer connect?
I have the harness for the turbo timer but i dont know where it actually connects under the steering wheel. Is there a plug under there or do i need to pull out some wires and cut them? I have a 1997 180sx if that makes any difference.

Your timer should have come with a harness that fits your car. Most of the name brand timers have harness adapter plugs that will adapt to damn near every car made.

You should be able to unplug the cluster of ignition wires, and the plug for the timer will couple in between the plugs.

See how the harness I am using for an example is just a piece that "jumps" into the middle of your harness... Your harness will unplug, and will plug one side into the turbo timer harness, and the other side into the other end of the timer harness.

If your timer didn't come with a harness, I suggest you buy one. No offense intended, but if you don't know where it is suppose to connect, you have no business cutting and splicing wires. Plus cutting and splicing sucks. Doing it properly with the correct harness is the way to go.
