Turbo Timer and Speedo Problems!

Soo I own a 1989 Nissan 240sx Coupe with HUD, and I have purchased a HKS turbo timer type I, all the wires were cut, soo there was no harness to plug anything into.

The Turbo timer ONLY turns on in the ON position, does NOT turn on at the accessory position or keep the car on when I turn off the car. My radio and gauges turn on at the accessory position. AND another issue I have is that it does not display speed movement, BUT it shows RPM and Voltage.

The only thing I can think of is that my HUD does not work, it never did, but im going straight to the ecu for the speed sensor... and it still doesnt show speed on the turbo timer...

Theres 2 blue wires, 1 with double stripes and 1 with single stripes. I thought that i may have switched them, soo I did, and no difference was made.

Heres how I wired it up.

Green wire- Goes to 12 v ignition (Black wire with White stripe)
Red wire-Goes to 12 v constant (White wire with Red stripe)
Blue wire- 12 v accessories (Blue wire)
Black wire- ground (Steering Column)
Gray wire- e-brake (Connected at the actual e-brake switch)
Brown wire- RPM signal (Yellow with red strip, pin#3 ecu
Blue wire- Speed sensor (Yellow with green strip, Pin#32 on ECU)

Im going to assume my speed sensor is gone.... But shouldn't that throw a code to the ecu?
