turbo timer problems

Just went for a long drive ( 50 miles) and as i will park the car i set the turbo timer to 2 min, and turn the key, after ca 15 sec the car turnt off, i thought s***, what not, will the engine start again, tryed it and it startet it, tryed the timer again and it went off off again..

what could it be?!§?

Check all plug connections and ground wire if all ok maybe bad unit

Either the connections or what type of timer is it? Is it a cheapy?
