Turbo Timer problems

When I shut my car off and use the turbo timer, the car idles very roughly. The turbo timer has been on the car and working properly for 2 years and it just started doing this. Any ideas? It's a Greddy turbo timer and the car is a 95 with a redtop SR.

Check the wiring, make sure that it is still good and hasnt changed resistance or cam a little loose.

Make sure that the ECU is getting 12V during Countdown.
