turbo timer ,ecu pin out question ... plz give a look

ok i bought a hks turbo timer and the harness hooked everything up i believe like i should have but i can't seem to get a rpm signal from the ecu ? could some one help me out and make sure im running it to the right wire .... what color is the wire on the ecu ? i printed out a pinout and believe i am using the right one but im getting no signal thx

pin 7 is the tach output, should be a yellow/red tracer.

yeah i was right im using the right wire ... i wonder why its not registering ? carl u got any idea's?

just got my multimeter out and im only getting 0.12 volts too that wire that does'nt seem right ? will the voltage very with the rev of the engine ?
