Turbo Timer and Factory Alarm

Do any of you have factory alarm with ignition-kill and also using a turbo timer?

I hooked up my HKS turbo timer today but for some reason, it wont let me start the engine. I tried to turn the key to "start" then nothing happened and when I let go of the key, the turbo timer starts to count down... While the count down is happening, I can take my key out and the car will act like as if my key was in "ON" position and when the countdown ends, it turns off the car completely..

Will my car not start due to the factory alarm with ignition kill?
