i don't think it's an easy task, pain-in-the-butt. jwt sport turbo pack's aren't too bad. jwt550's, etc.

seeing as how you pretty much have to take engine out to replace the turbos...it's a huge PITA. unless you know how to do it, or have the money to pay someone to do it. I'd hold off until the engine needs to come out for some sort of maintenance.

the z32 requires specifig inlet and outlet fnalges ont he cold side and specific outlet on the exhaust side, so unless you're up for a lot of fab work stick to the "kits" intended for the z32, browse through the power packs at z1, I had the sport 500's and found them to be laggy , if I had ti to do over again I'd have got somethign that wasn't stuffed into a machined oe housing liek the 500's

this is a little off topic but can you fit a twin-twinscroll setup into the Z?

If you get turbos not specified for the Z just make sure that they are t25/28 flange unless you are upgrading the manifolds. Its easy to modify the compressor inlet and outlet pipes to fit on a non-flanged compressor, and since you are upgrading the turbos, you are going to be upgrading the exhaust too.
