i have a KA24DE in my 91 nissan and i want to turbo it. would this be a cheaper smarter way then finding a sr20? if so how much might it cost roughly and how would i go about reinforcing if i even can? plz help me im pretty new to the car world but i learn fast and i know the basics

im kinda in the same situation.... except i have done a lot of searching, but really if you wanna do things right, just over build the engine. do lots of research on what pistons are affordable for you yet reliable and same to cams rods and anything else you wish to upgrade. dont just do a stock turbo you will at least need cams with a high lift.
