anything i should know before i replace my stock t25 turbo in my sr20 swap or is it pretty straight forward?

It is straight forward. Just make sure you've got new gaskets and etc. Also while your at it i'd get steel braided lines. But ya its easy especially if your doing a swap and already have everything out.
