ok, i have to used ka siting in my garage and was goin to drop it in my 240(curant engine has 189k) but befor i do i wanted to throw a turbo on it,but not sure wat inturnals to go with,so anyone have any good ideas wile im looking around

Don't get me wrong bro, we love new people here and anyone thats willing to give the good ol KA a chance, but you have to realize that all of this has been covered from bottom up, and from the top to bottom.
