I am going to buy a 95 nissan with 149,000 miles on the car. I want to put a turbo on the car, what will it take for a motor with that many miles on it to handle a turbo and not break.

seriously...a good tuning and some luck. also depends on how the car has been driven before you got it.

Depends on if some idiot drove the car without oil in it etc... really hard to say... if possible get a compression check before you buy the car...

I think there is some info in the sticky about what your car can handle. I have 189,000 miles and plan to boost soon. With a safe tune of timing and fuel anything is possible to a certain extent.

compression test will tell you and us where ur engine stands. also a visual inspection would probably be able to help u out as well as a test drive.

Jook has done some good stuff, but I think you need to think about a rebuild before you start worrying about kicking your motor in the balls (boost). When you build it right, it will do good things. Also, people like Jook taught me that maybe boost isn't as important as a well rounded setup and a proper understanding of exactly what boost is. Long story short, do some searches.
