Well unless you want a challenge then the S15 T28 is better. The T25 is a small turbo and doesnt spool up much faster than the T28. All the engines are pretty much the good enough for your needs.

the T3/T4 hybrid is bigger than either of em. the T25 and T28 are the stock turbos used on the Sylvias. the 25 was used on the S13s and the 28 was used on the S14s and is used on the S15s. the S15 T28 has some improvements over the S14 28. The T28s used on the Sylvias are ball bearing where the T25 wasn't.

LOL, a ball bearing is a dual layered bearing that uses steel balls to seperate the two layers rather then regular bearings which depend on babit or oil.
