Hey I'm researching on turbos and I was just wondering if one of you guys could help me out with some info. I'm looking for something that will spool very quickly, but I don't want to run a high psi (under 10 I hope). It needs to be good to about 250hp.

I know minimal about turbos, but was wondering if someone could give me a breakdown of turbos sizes and specs at 250hp.

Example= T25rs -12psi- 240hp + additional info

Please keep it to turbos that will spool quickly, I don't want lag and big power. Not looking to drag race.

Generally speaking, the smaller the turbo, the less lag you'll have. You'll also have to run more boost to reach your 250whp goal.

T3/T4 50 trim - 8psiZ31 T3 - 10-12psiSR T25 or T28 - 12+psi

I think your best options would be an SR T25 or T28 or a T3 from a Z31 (84-89 300ZX). Browse/search around for setups using these turbos. If 250whp is your final goal, look for a T25/T28. If you plan to make more power in the future, check out the T3. Its good for ~300whp at 15psi.

Or maybe even something from a Saab. The compressor would be a little small, but I believe they use the smaller .48 A/R turbine.
