im in the process of rebuilding my t25. just buy a kit and do it yourself. if you have all the tools and a workspace ready it shoulding take you very long. and there is hella how to stuff about rebuilding turbos. i have no idea how much it would be to have a shop do it but it would be much cheaper to do it yourself. but thats just me .02

I rebuilt mine from a kit i bought off ebay. It came with instructions and was kind of a pain in the *** to do when getting the exhaust housing apart but other than that it was easy and straight forward. Make sure you clock the turbo back to exactly how it was before otherwise your oil drain line will hit the steering shaft.

Google timsturbos or majestic turbos. Tim is a friend of mine in Va, and majestic is another big company who does this work. Tims a guru and does an amazing job every time.

Its gona be about 300-350 bucks for a rebuild + shipping.

I would go with tim, i have personally seen him spend hours on a turbo making sure it is rebuilt past manufacturers specs. Guys really good at what he does.
