turbo rebuild help...

hi. yes i have pushed the search button. but i am having trouble with the bolts on the turbine section. which is the 4 bolts that hold the turbine with the center cartridge. is there any easier way to take these damn bolts off. i have used a big vice grip (the ones attached to a table) and i used a 1/2 or 13mm wrench and also 5w-30 and everything else that can penetrate. torqued it down pretty hard to take it off but no use. and yes im doing it counter clockwise. oh this is for a t25 on the sr20det. i have the rebuild kit already but this **** is not coming off. any help would be great. or tips. thanks.
