Turbo questions not fitting

Hey guys i just got a new tubular manifold dump pipe and downpipe for my s13 sr20det. I also just came up on a sweet deal on a rebuilt t28 turbo. It has a cliped exhaust wheel and bigger compressor wheel. My question is it doesent look like the manifold is going to fit. The pipe that comes from the front cylinder kind of hits the intake pipe (I think) when I try to bolt the manifold to the flange. the manifold says that it fits both t25 and t28 s13/14 is the s15 turbo any different that might effect this? It is very close so I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions. Thanks,

The compressor housing may need to be reclocked. With an internal wastegate, adjustment may be limited unless you are able to relocate the actuator on the compressor housing.

Thanks I'll take a look at that today. any other info that anyone can provied would be great. Is there any major differences between the s14 and s15 turbos?
