I was going to run a GT2871r this year but money seems like its going to be a squeeze. Grrrrrr. Anyways my question is can you take an SR T25 and put SR T28 housings on it? I'd rather get the slightly bigger wheels that the SR T25 has over the CA T25. I want to keep to my stock injectors until I'm ready for the GT2871r. A T28 would most likely require an injector upgrade unless I kept the boost done but I don't think I want to do it that way.

Thoughts comments and opinions please.

PS: I'm trying to have fun with basically the stock injectors. Synapse FPR and Walbro 255 if it matters.

I think a SR T25G would be fine on your fuel system if you left the boost at stock levels so like 7 PSI.

Your post makes no sense. I can run CA T25 on stock injectors at 14 lbs but you can't run a T25g at more then 7 lbs? I'm confused. A more knowledgable person please!!!!!

Haha, okay okay.

I don't know if the t28 housings will work properly on your t25. The wheels might be too small and pretty much cause it to be inefficient as crap.

I see no problems with dominating the stock fuel system with an SR t25. Push comes to shove you can just crank up the fuel pressure. Bump up your fuel pressure by a few pounds and you should be fine on 10-12psi on that t25. Just don't get too greedy, or you'll blow something up.

You have an EGT or wideband? Preferably both? If you have those you can go hog wild and know what works and what doesnt by looking at your AFR.

I do not have an EGT or wideband yet, but that will change. An SR T25 at 12 lbs should hold to redline and make probably 220 whp? Sounds like that might be what I want to do. What does those turbos run price wise?
