I have a stock 240sx with KA24DE, the turbo set up i have for it is off of a Mitsubishi AWD turbo TD05H-18G this turbo is oil and water cooled, but since i am running a FMIC do i have to hook up the water cool lines to this turbo or can i leave them plugged up? What do you think i can pull as far as psi with this turbo and stock KA motor?

First of all an intercooler has nothing to do with the actual cooling of the turbo. The intercooler cools compressed air from the turbo before it goes into the engine. Compressing a gas always raises its temp, the intercooler keeps the intake temps from skyrocketing. The oil/water cooling cool the actual turbo itself so the bearings dont sieze, etc. etc.So, you absolutly must hook up the oil line. The water feed you should hook up, but Since the KA doesn't have a water feed coming off of it anywhere it would be a pain to make one. So if you want to run this turbo, you will need to be careful to let it idle down properly after driving it, change the oil at least every 2500 miles and def use synthetic. as far as how much boost you can run... if it came with a wastegate actuator on it, just run it like that. if not, find out what the stock boost pressure is for that setup from the factory and run that as a base.
