I found a nicely priced turbo kit on ebay, heres what it comes w/ t3t4 hybrid turbo. ar50. 57 trim + S13 S14 KA24DE MOTOR STAINLESS TURBO MANIFOLD+38MM RACING WASTEGATE( ALL ITEMS ARE BRAND NEW )T3 T4 TURBO SPEC: 3" INLET DIAMETER, 2"OUTLET , WET FLOAT BEARING , 1/8 NPT OIL INLET, .50 A/R COMPRESSOR, .63 A/R TURBINE , .57 TRIM ( OIL COOLED TURBO)- T3 Turbo Flange- 35MM or 38MM external wastegate flange- SUS321 stainless steel,- Fully TIG welded- Fully Ported and Polished - Includes bolts and gaskets

What all would i need to make this work besides a downpipe and a intercooler kit w/ piping? Could i still run my stock ECU?

you CAN run your stock ECU, however there will be other options needed. you would have to look into some kind of controller like an SAFC or something. you can also get a pre-tuned ECU through jim wolf tech or enthalpy and they will tune to your specs. other things you will be looking into would be a new MAF, some guys run their stock MAF but most upgrade to at least a z32 MAF (mass air flow btw). you would also need some bigger injectors, probably stock sr injectors would work which are 370cc, but you can always run as big as 750cc. you would probably also look into an upgraded fuel pump. i would highly suggest a walbro. here's a price list below...

tuning devices/ecu: $250-700370cc injectors: $100-200walbro fuel pump: $90-150z32 MAF: $0(junk yard)-150

you might also look into a new radiator system to push more air into the system. i'm going to be running a koyo with a spal fan setup which ran me about $800.
