ok guys i have gotten some money cuz a company sent me the wrong turbo on my motor and i had some money saved up so i have a redtop sr.My question is which turbo should u get the s15 turbo the gt2871r or the gt28rs. im looking for something with very quick spool time, can get a good 300hp to the wheels and be efficient and not be weak like have to rebuild in a short amount of time.

S15 turbo will spool the quickest.

The GTir would be cheapest and easiest to rebuild. Spool would probably be slowest out of your list.

GT2871r (.63) will spool fast and have the most potential of the turbos you listed. Most efficient compressor fo-sho.

GT28rs is a bad idea.

i had the same delima that you have between the s15 and the gt2871r turbo..im gonna go with the gt2971r cause it goes up to 350-400hp and the s15 is nice and about 300-400 cheaper but ive seen max out at 300ish no more then 320hp and thats at like 15psi which is pretty much maxing out the turbo so imo i'd go with the gt2871r has more upside to play with
