I'd buy the .63 AR version, its better for topend. The .48 is a tad small for my taste. With this turbo you'll see boost at 3grand. Same turbo as Fiz and I have.

i bought an internal Wg from them shipping was fast. if your shooting for quick boost go with the .42 ar. that will get ya quicker spool less high power. if your gonna spend that kind of money why not just get a good turbo from one of our sponsors?

Just buy a T3/T04E from phoenixturbo.com...

Reputable dealer that can actually spell. I wouldn't jump too high over buying a stg. 2 exhaust wheel, I would at least buy a stg. 3 personally.

phoenix turbo doesn't use garret turbine shafts. I tried to rebuild mine, but the oils seal is a different size and isn't sold anywhere online. They won't sell it either, you need to pay them to rebuild it.

Interesting, hadn't heard that before....

agpturbo.com is reasonable and has good service as well. As do our innumerable sponsors.=)

Yeah reputable company or not (and I doubt they are), thats not a great price on a regular old T3/T04E. You can easially find that price and lower at the various turbo stores online.

yeah..that's what a buddy told me too..imma look in to the sponsers and turbo240's site..thanks though...i'm lookin at the .48 now just cause i'd rather make boost quick i'm not looking to make any crazy numbers or anything like that just some thing decent for drifts events here and there.

Not even in the same league. T25/T28 will give ya QUICK spool, but cant flow enough air to hit 300whp. The smaller turbos might be good for 200-240whp setup. The T3/T4 0.48AR would be more versatile: spools under 3K rpm as WD implied and can do 300whp without killing itself.

Didnt know that about Phoenix turbos either...
