Do you have a boost gauge to verify the turbo is boosting?

If so, boost leak, check wga, check for turbo smoke...

Just make sure it didn't disconnect from the turbo, and make sure there's still tension holding the flapper closed.

How's it idling? Maybe you've got a huge boost leak... get it tested, search around on how to make one.

Start there and report back!

Sounds like a boost leak. Did you perhaps get a little lead footed and then this problem happened? Could have popped a coupler off on boost and then it fell back on the pipe. Happened to me.
