turbo problem!!!

Hi everyone or anyone. This past summer my brother and i went turbo on my g20. THrew in a turbo set up on sr20de+T. Up until now...4 months n, going. The car has not been boosting properly. UPdate, im running a t3/t4 turbo oil and water cool, type s blow off valve...temporarily running it not recirculating until the car is boosting properly, external waste gate, front mount intercooler, custom made downpipe, safc2. EVerything is properly mounted, bolted, connected...etc!!! The first time around we blew the first t3 (oil cool) turbo because we found out, a guy had sold us a faulty rebuild turbo..oil smoked began arriving out of the exhaust pipe, which would suggest a turbo is going bad. This time around on the second turbo the t3/t4 oil and water cool turbo. As of today, my friend and i test drove the car. We noticed, driving it easily around the block, that at full boost the turbo would let out this noise that sounds like a duck/goose. Any theory or explanation as to why the turbo may provide such symptoms? Has anyone, experienced this dilemma on their turbo set up? i appreciate any and all helps.

Are you sure the sound is coming from the turbo? Is the noise there under constant acceleration or when you let off? Have you checked the shaft play in the turbo? Whether the car is boosting right or not, you should still recirculate the BOV. I have the type s and could not get the car to stop stalling when coming to stops with clutch engaged. I even tried messing with the SAFC and tightening down the spring on the bov, still didn't work.
