i have a buddie who has a garret gt3076r. i think thats it, not sure but i know its a gt30somethin . he wants 650, but since im one of his bro's he will shoot me it for 600. its about a month old and comes with braided lines. its for my sr by the way, should i do it? im not sure if i want to get a bigger turbo yet

What the hell man, DO IT! If you've got 600 burning a hole in your pocket why not? Then just save up and research what supporting mods you'll need.

sorry mods i always forget to post my sr stuff in the sr forum. . well my tax return should come in soon, but i kinda wanted to get coilovers with that... hmmm maybe ill get both

FYI, the only gt30 with a t2 flange or t25 flange is the gt3071r WG. this gt3076 you speak of is a t3 flange. i'm assuming you have a stock turbo manifold or one with a t25 flange. this means that you will have to get get a completely new setup for your car. new turbo manifold, elbow/downpipe, hotside intercooler piping. this is not mentioning the supporting mods to keep the engine from blowing. all that aside, $600 is a good deal.
