turbo opinions (I know, I know what a noob question)

I have read through most posts, but want some current opinions. I need to change out my turbo, because it is leaking oil. What is the best turbo to get. I don't want to get another one anytime soon. I also want to have the option of turning up the boost when I upgrade some things. GT28R, GT2871R, t28, t25??I don't really care for BB because I really want something I can rebuild if it breaks. Also, is the gt3071r popular with ca's I did not find any info for them.

What is your goal as far as HP? Also are you planning any other upgrades? That info is also important. Try a search to get an idea of what other have done. You will get mre response that way.
