I am building a new ka24e to go in one of my 89 240sx. Has anyone done this and does it build much power.

Check this site out. They have a pretty good 'kit' to get you started and it's a very reliable one at that. http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html

And also, try reading the Sticky's at the top of the page. They are always being updated, and have a wealth of information in them.
