Turbo on a na 1986 300zx

Hey guys I have a 86 na that's my new daily driver and my buddy gave me a ct- 26 to put on my car in the spring and was wondering if anyone had some info to help as far as a shopping list and things I need to know. I plan on mounting it where the ac compressor is now. Thanks guys. All help appreciated

Step 1. Give your buddy his crappy proprietary Toyota turbo back
Step 2. Got buy a Nissan proprietary turbo

Sorry but I built a turbo MR2 and I hate the toyota CT platform turbo's, not to mention all the parts you want or need to turbo your car were made by nissan, the swap is well documented and nothing to fab. If you were to use hot CT you'd have to fab from the manifold to the turbo then from the turbo to the tb or an intercooler, you also would still need more fuel to feed said turbo which means you'd still need the turbo injectors and ecu so you might as well buy all the turbo bits and do it in a way that you know will work and not have an oddball turbo thats hard to find fittings and flanges for.
