I have a Stock Redtop SR, and I switched BOV's today and I found this thick oil-lookin sticky sludge everywhere. It's all over in my Hotpipe, and BOV. Does this mean my turbo is goin out? Just trying to get some pointers......

I am running a catch can, but it's the pile of crap circuit sports one. It leaks all over the place.....

I also am running the hose to the intake from the valve cover.... should I put a breather on it instead?

If it is coming from the valvecover then a breather filter would keep the oil out of the intake track..Better on the exhaust manifold then in the intercooler pipes...But that means theres a problem else were. You souldnt have that much oil coming out of the valvecover ports like that..Could be piston rings,Valve stem seals..Or then agian could just be bad seals on the turbo..

I have a cusco catch can (which also leaks btw lol), and I get the same problem when the catch can gets full. It takes about 6k-7k miles to get full, is this not normal? When it starts shooting oil out of the BOV (HKS SSQ in my case), i just take of the hose that goes back into the intake and let it just drain on the ground until i empty the can, then i hook it back up and its fine.

I know its an old thread, but after testing a few things. I came to the conclusion that my turbo seals are going out. I guess 20,000 miles of running 14 psi will do that to a stock t25, hehe Oh well, I'm saving for a GT2871R anyways....
