turbo oil restrictor

so i have a built sr with a 40 overbore and a T61 turbo but dont know if i should use a oil restritor. i have an oil pressure gauge but i dont want to have to go back and change anything if i have low pressure. so i was wondering if i should use one, and what size? its not a dual ball bearing turbo either. the kit came with one but it doesnt really say to use it BC its got different choices too. so any imput is greatly appreciated.

Ball-bearing turbos use the restrictor, journal-bearing turbos do not.
