hey

straight to the point so I'm wondering whats that im missing on the oil/turbo lines. apparently some kind of washer.but im not sure which. anyone knows?

details

I turned on the car and there was oil all over the floor soon after.it was also on top of the oil pan, so my guess is that i DID put the oil/turbo lines improperly.

so now I'm wondering whats that I gotta do to put em back togather, and if theres a need to pull the exhaust out again. hope not cuz it took me 2 weeks to put it back togather (newbie)

thanks

PS: got any pics of the part i need to get?and idea which store?

if your talking about the banjo fitings,it sounds like your missing the copper washers that were probally on there b4 you took everything off...find them. and no you dont need to take the whole mani off to get to the ones that go to the block,if there missing on the turbo connection u r in for a long weekend.

it wont take that long, just make sureyou have a good view, and plenty of light.

I had the same problem but I ordered some new lines, and they should be here in a week.

this thread shows you how to install the lines, near the bottom. zer...age=7

you can ask your dealershipfor crush washers for anissan sentra se-r's turbo lines.

they'll have em for cheap

Also make sure you don't reuse the old one as it can cause problems later down the road.

And finally, don't overtorque the banjo bolt! That will crack the thread housing on the block and then you'll REALLY have problems.
