turbo oil and water line ?'s

I'm about to put my turbo back onto the exhaust manifold. My questions are: oil and water lines- do they need anything on the threads such as anti sieze, or teflon tape, or anything? Also how much do I torque them?

Sorry, I only have my manual for the KA. So no other reference.
