Which one would you guys recommend? I'd like to stay away from revhard since I've heard way more failure story's then success story's. What about the fmax manifold? anybody used that? Then there is also the turbo boss manifold, but it's $800 which seems way to expensive to me!! http://www.turboboss.com/cat.p...00002

I'd just like to hear what people have to say about the manifold your using. any problems with it so far?

Thanks :)

I'm making a batch of manifolds that are almost complete. You can see an example on Chris May's website http://www.executivecleancar.com/240 .

I have revised the placement of the T3 flange to place the turbo farther away from the master cylinder so it's not exactly like the Revhard anymore. The design of the runners is just like the one shown on Chris' site though so you won't tell much difference from looking at it.

Anyway i still have a couple that aren't spoken for so if you're interrested just e-mail me and I can give you more details.

Chris and a couple other guys have been running these manifolds for at least 6 months pretty hard with no problems.

Yes, I've been meaning to e-mail you. The manifold is $625.

I have 2 that are not yet sold. They should be ready in about a week. If you want to stop by my office and have a look at one let me know and we'll arrange another meeting.

I found a shop that builds performance headers and manifolds for race cars... gt3 cars and such.

Manifold will be little less than 1k, but using 329 stainless, thick flanges, double tig welds, and placing the turbo down low.

If you're considering spending close to $1k on a stainless manifold I would recommend a titanium stabilized grade of stainless such as 321. 329 is a 50/50 austenite martensite duplex material and could be subject to carbon precipitation at the welds. In other words the thing could rust at the welds; ugly and can cause pitting.
