Use crush washers yes.

Is this a stock banjo bolt on a stock sr? stock turbo? Thread into the block or the turbo? Only reason you are going to get flamed is because your post sucked, not because you suck at searching.

The stock banjo bolt wont thread in? Check the bolt make sure its not stripped, the block is aluminum so there is always a chance those threads could have been damaged also.

The thread into the block and into the turbo are the same, see if the bolt will thread into the turbo or not. Or you can try the fitting in the turbo in the block. Do one of the other, try to determine is the threads are damaged. Don't try to hard though.
