turbo lines reversed??

I bought a new t28 turbo for my sr20 and when i sat it beside my old turbo i noticed that all the lines on the new turbo were completely reversed compared to the old one. there are for bolts that im not sure if i take them out if i will be able to rotate the the lines around the shaft and bolt them in different holes?? can i make this work?

i think you just need to clock the turbo. the drain will have a bigger hole
