turbo leakage

When trying to make some heat sheilds for my turbos off of a rb26, i notice that one tubro had oil slowly coming out of the dump pipe, the exhaust housing to mani as well as the intake housing to charge pipe?Both turbos have little if any shaft play and both are off the engine. This is only happening on one of the turbos the other has no oil residue.

Question: Would it need to be sent in for seals?

i would just get a rebuild kit, there cheap and it would give you new seals and bearings. might spool faster!!

i know that the stockys can't be rebuild for the bearings but is there a seal kit for em?
