Turbo leak

If oil is leaking out of the turbo into the hot pipe, which seal do I need to replace? I'm not sure if it is leaking, but their is some oil coming out of that end of the turbo and I want to be safe before I bolt the turbo in,

Do you have your valve cover breather hooked up to your intake pipe?

I had mine hooked up, and I thought it was the turbo leaking. But it was the damn breather line letting oil get sucked into the intake tract.
