Can i just put a turbo kit on my ka and work like it should? ive heard that u haft to get your ecu worked on to be able to get the perfomance out of it.
what do i need to do to be able to make a turbo work on my ka?

First, I am going to say this in the nicest way possible, because no one else will. Use the search function to help with this question. Second there is an entire forum dedicated to this, it is the KA-T forum under engines. This is for aftermarket turbo KA's. Third the answer to your question is a giant NO! It will not work like it is supposed to (most likely). To date I am only aware of one of the KA-t'ers that ran a stock tune for any length of time without going boom! He had a T25 running 7lbs using only the Walbro fuel pump for enrichment. Haven't heard much of him lately (maybe that is ominous...). You could use an FMU like the do with the IAP kit, and as long as you are happy at low boost levels, then huzzah! Most of us are looking for a little more out of our cars. Do some reading and then read some more and you will learn. But do your learning in the KA-t section, these guys are all-motor here (for better or worse), and although many of them can answer your Q's, they probably will not.
