I'm going to go ahead and piece together my own turbo kit. I've found everything I needed, except for the turbo manifold. Is there any place where I can just get the turbo manifold by itself? Or would I have to get one fabricated/custom made?

I applaud you for undertaking this...but be warned, it will not be much cheaper unless you can fab your own materials (wield, shape, cut, etc).

When you buy a kit, you're paying for the time and engineering that went in to making the brackets and best design practices (sometimes this can be detrimental to gains if they make concessions in the manufacturing process for cost.)

Good luck, and be sure to post pics!!! We'd love a good write up on this!! I'm sure I can hook you up with some NICO schwag and a custom title for your efforts.

If you are planning on making your own manifolds, I am trying to get some people together to order header flanges. Here is a link with info and pictures. Let me know.

You might be able to call JWT or one of the other kit suppliers and talk to them about what it would take to get just the exhaust plumbing from them. Other than that, I think your going to have to look at making your own.
