If I have a 360 thrust washer installed into my t25, along with new bearings and the housings bored and polished. Could I boost 18+psi efficiently on such a small turbo?? The larger thrust would allow me to boost more, but efficiency is the question.

The T-25 is out of it's compressor effeciency at 15 psi. 14 straddles the line. Also, the thrust bearing isn't the failure part once you start going to 15 psi and beyond on a T-25, it's the turbine wheel. They cook easily and vaporize.

This is assuming you're talking about a T-25 off of an SR20DET
