turbo installation ?

i have the b/d kit ind when the turbo sits on top of the mani the out put on the compressor points toward my fender, I noticed on other people setup that theirs point toward the ground. So do i have to rotate my compressor or should it have all ready come how it is suposed to be I ask this cause the i/c piping won't fit if it points to my fender

you can twist the compressor part of the turbo around so that it points in the direction you want. There are bolts securing it to the shaft housing, I beleive there are something like 6 or so bolts that go in a circle. Take those out and you will be able to twist the turbo how you want.

do not take out the bolts, mereley loosen them a bit, it is very easy to rotate the compressor..give it a good torque so the bolt becomes free of "tightness" and you should be good, ive heard bad stories about people taking off the bolts and it wouldnt go back in correctly anymore
