I have a 93 300zx NON-TURBO, i found some turbos off the same car, was wondering can I just install theses and turn the boost down and ride out? Or is there alot more then just slapping a turbo on? such as internal engine compontes. and say it is ok to just install them and turn the boost down, what kind of extra power are we talking or is it even worth it? Thanks

there's a lot more than just slapping turbos on.
na engine isn't boost-friendly, compression-ratio is too high.
you'd need intercoolers and intercooler pipings, oil lines to cool the turbos, etc.
can't do it.

you need to swap-to-a-tt, which have been done plenty of times. please search, there are a lot of good information out there.
but it's not cheap, a decent budget is probably at least 4k dollars.

Gl with that man, you gotta be realistic, there's a reason Z1 and others charge $9k to do these swaps, lots of parts needed and generally its a huge PITA. And seeing as you asked this question you will either need to do A LOT of research, reading and studying or buy a TT or pay someone to do the swap right. Of all these holding out for a decent TT is probably the cheapest option. A few guys here have bought swapped NA>TTs for like 4k or 5k and then ended up dumping another 2 or 3 into em to get them running right so no matter how you put it its not a cheap transition.

If you want a TT, buy one. A conversion is very expensive. I did mine, did it right, and it cost over $10k to do it.

If you want to see what it takes to do a conversion correctly, read this:
