I wanted to make sure about the three lines connected to the intake. There's one that goes to the valve cover. From what I can tell from the FSM, the other two are:1. For PAIRC, EGR, and SCV2. IACV, IACV-AAC

Is this right? I can't see where they go to physically but that's what the FSM seems to indicate. If that is what they are, I need to route these to before the turbo so I don't have compressed air from the turbo going into those lines correct?

These aren't vacuum sources for those components though are they? If they were vacuum, I'd imagine they would be connected after the throttle body inside the intake manifold where you could actually get vacuum.

So If I'm completely getting this wrong, what are those two pipes connected to the stock intake piping?

Ok, after looking at things, it seems the smaller one is just an atmospheric line so I don't necessarily have to have that plugged into anything correct?

The other one looks like it goes straight into the bottom of EGR (which I won't be using anymore) so I assume I can just leave that unplugged also.

Let me know if I'm wrong on this guys. Thanks. I'm just left to connecting IC pipes and putting oil pan on. (waiting for JB weld to dry up). Then put back on cross member and done! Just wish I had a downpipe...still gotta get it towed to an exhaust shop for that.
